Ocean House Scheveningen

The location of the property was excellent as it was convenient to the beach and local amenities. The staff were also very efficient and friendly. The property was very clean and well kept.

We found the rooms to be on the smaller side but reasonably well-equipped. It would have been more convenient for us, as a family with two small children, to have access to a washing machine or laundry facilities within the building. Unfortunately, we overlooked this detail during the booking process. However, there was a laundromat located very close by, so this issue was quickly resolved. Housekeeping services were provided every 2 to 3 days, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with any special requests or inquiries we had. The staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The beach is undoubtedly the main attraction close to Ocean House and we spent the majority of our vacation there. We were fortunate enough to have great weather Ocean House unquestionably delivers a quality experience and offers good value for the money, especially considering its fantastic location.

Ocean house scheveninggen was a wonderful apartment, spacious, comfortable, great location and facilities. Easy walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and transport. Great shower, comfortable bed, wifi worked well, kitchen well equipped. Has a lift but gets stuck quite often between floors, so preferred to take the stairs. Car parking available at €25 per night. Would definitely return

Ocean House met all our needs - it was close to the sea but a step away from the main tourist area and we were able to make our own breakfast and cook when we got fed up of eating out (and we did!). The bed was very comfortable, the shower was superb and the kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a cafetiere to the coffee machine. We were very impressed by the price (although I suspect we had an upgrade) and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We struggled a bit with the automatic check-in (you have to wait for an email at some point in the process and I got impatient!) but somebody quickly came to help. Generally couldn't have found a better place for us and we had the best fish stew at Cafe Yil (by the tram stop). We will definitely stay here again, when we visit the Dutch side of the family.

When we arrived we were kindly greeted by the staff and directed to the parking space we had reserved. After dropping of our things in the room, we went to the reception again, to ask if we could book an extra night at the property, because we liked it so much! The kind staff immediately searched for possibilities with us, and were able to book us in for another night. The room we stayed in had a nice kitchen, a couch, a television, a closet, windows (which were able to be blinded for the night), a very nice bathroom with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The property is about a 10 minute walk (truly, it might be even less) to the beach and the Boulevard with all the restaurants and beach clubs. We would love to visit this place again, and we really enjoyed our stay! Truly recommend this!
